(Extra charge for Synthetic, Hemi, and Diesel)
Regular oil and filter changes are the most important and yet the easiest means of insuring the life and performance of your vehicle's engine. While most owners realize this, many are not aware of other preventative maintenance services their vehicles need to stay in top running condition. Critical systems need regular inspection and maintenance as outlined in our service schedule. These include:
Lubrication System – Proper lubrication is vital to the life of many parts of your vehicle: from the engine, to the steering and suspension, to the transmission...even the doors, locks, and hinges. All need inspection, proper lubrication, and periodic replacement as necessary.
Fluid Levels – Each key system in your vehicle must be kept at the proper fluid level to insure the proper function and safety of that system. This includes the engine oil, coolant, brakes, transmission, and washer fluids. We inspect and fill each of these critical fluids to their proper level as part of every scheduled maintenance service.
Intake and Exhaust System – Your engine's air filter plays a key role in engine performance and better gas mileage. The muffler system plays a key role in controlling emissions and exhaust sound. Both these system are part of our maintenance inspections so that our technicians can alert you to problems before they occur.
Heating and Air Conditioning – Your comfort is as important as the condition of your engine, so insuring that these systems are in top working condition is critical. The engine's cooling system which provides heat for the passenger heating system needs routine inspection and fluid replacement at designated intervals. The MC system must be checked and recharged as necessary to insure summertime comfort. The in-cabin air filter (if applicable) also needs inspection and periodic replacement to insure air quality as you drive.
Electrical System – Your lights, switches, and even your horn are all part of your vehicle's electrical system, and are also critical to safe driving.
Lines, Belts, and Hoses – The dozens of lines and hoses, along with the drive belts, that connect various components and systems within your vehicle must be periodically inspected to prevent possible failure. They are inspected for weakness, looseness, or leaks with can lead to engine damage or an unsafe driving condition.
Wheels and Tires – Your tires are your vehicle's link to the road. We inspect them for uneven wear which could be an indication of a mechanical problem. We also check and adjust tire pressures, and perform scheduled tire rotation which maximizes tread wear and helps fuel economy and handling. Wheel alignment and balancing also prevent premature wear of your tire and suspension components.
